Feedback is essential in success.  Please provide us feedback about your experience in our virtual clinic.

• A feedback survey will be available here at the end of each module.  
• This way you can give feedback while the module is fresh in your mind.
• The survey is anonymous and will not change your grade.  
• Survey results are not calculated until the end of the course after grades have been submitted
